This is the right choice when you already have your own waste transport arranged or access to a shared skip for the building. We take care of the actual demolition — partition walls, boarding, floor finishes and fixed fittings. All demolished material is stacked neatly inside the space or at an agreed spot to wait for your transport.

We always protect the surfaces that stay before work begins. We do not use subcontractors — the team that plans the work also carries it out. The schedule is agreed in writing at the offer stage and we don't slip off it.

In this package we take care of both the demolition work and the transport of all waste material away from the site. This is by far the most common choice — the customer doesn't have to order separate skips, manage filling them or wait for emptyings.

Waste is sorted on site: wood, metal, plasterboard, plastics and mixed waste into their own piles. Each fraction is directed to the appropriate recycling — the recycling rate is effectively 100 % once waste-to-energy fractions are included. You get a written waste report if you want one.

The full package is the choice when you want the space to be ready for the next construction phase from the handover day onward. We demolish the structures, transport the waste off-site and clean the space before handover. The detailed clean includes dust removal from all surfaces, vacuuming and damp-wiping the floors.

We hand the space over with a joint walkthrough. We go through the site together with you, and the invoice is only sent once you have approved the result. If you spot anything unfinished, we fix it on the spot.
