Service
Bathroom Demolition
We remove wall tiles, floor tiles, the subfloor under the waterproofing, and fixed furnishings so that the waterproofer can start directly. We also handle the typical demolition risks of a wet room: keeping the floor drain clear, avoiding pipe breaks, and controlling structural moisture.
What the service includes
- Removal of wall and floor tiles plus underlying leveling compound
- Removal of old waterproofing and its substrate (chipboard/gypsum)
- Dismounting shower walls, cabinets and toilet bowl
- Protection of floor drain and sewer pipes during demolition
- Moisture measurement of structures if damage is suspected
- Dust protection, waste removal and final cleaning
What it's suitable for
Suitable for any apartment bathroom or house wet room undergoing renovation or post-water-damage demolition. We do not install waterproofing or new tiling — we can recommend a trusted certified installer as part of the chain.
Local context
A medium-sized bathroom (5–8 m²) is usually demolished in one day. When water damage is suspected, we always perform moisture measurement before demolition — this tells us whether the structure needs drying before re-surfacing.
