Turnkey — the space is handed over construction-ready.
The full package covers the entire chain without partial orders: we demolish the structures, transport the waste off-site, and clean the space before handover. We take down partition walls, boarding, floor finishes and fixed fittings according to the plan — while protecting the surfaces that stay with plastic film and taping so the work doesn't creep where it isn't meant to.
Waste is sorted on site: wood, metal, plasterboard, plastics and mixed waste into their own piles. Each fraction is directed to the appropriate recycling — the recycling rate is effectively 100 % once waste-to-energy fractions are included. You get a written waste report if you want one.
The detailed clean includes dust removal from all surfaces, vacuuming and damp-wiping the floors. We hand the space over with a joint walkthrough — we go through the site together with you, and the invoice is only sent once you have approved the result. If you spot anything unfinished, we fix it on the spot.
