Service

Interior Demolition

We remove non-bearing walls, suspended ceilings and surface finishes in apartments and houses. Before work begins we protect all surfaces to be kept and any HVAC ducts, sort waste on site and hand the space over renovation-ready.

What the service includes

  1. Non-bearing walls (drywall, stud frames)
  2. Suspended ceilings and sound-dampening structures
  3. Laminate, parquet, vinyl floors — fixing method checked in advance
  4. Wall panels, tile cladding, old wallpapers
  5. Removal and haul-away of built-in furniture
  6. Dust and sound barriers, waste removal, final cleaning

What it's suitable for

Suitable for apartment and house renovations before new surface materials are installed. We do not demolish load-bearing structures — those require a structural engineer's assessment and a separate permit, which we gladly arrange with our partners.

Local context

A typical interior demolition in a two-room apartment (40–65 m²) takes 1–2 working days. Pricing follows our general rate card (€/m²) — for sites under 40 m² we bill the minimum of €490 excl. VAT.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Can I demolish the wall myself and just order waste removal?
We focus on the full package — demolition, dust barriers, waste removal and final cleaning run as one unit so we can guarantee site safety and quality end-to-end. We don't sell waste removal as a standalone service. Reasons: in an apartment building the housing-company renovation notice makes the executor responsible, home insurance often requires a professional demolition in case of damage, and DIY demolition without dust barriers spreads easily into the stairwell. If you've already done the demolition yourself, we're happy to assess what follow-up work is needed — contact us and we'll look at the situation.
How do you ensure dust doesn't spread to the rest of the apartment?
We install dust barriers around the work area (plastic film with tape, or zipper doors for larger openings), seal HVAC vents during the work and vacuum continuously with HEPA filters. After demolition we clean surfaces and reopen ventilation in a controlled manner.
What kind of waste removal is included, and where does the waste end up?
We sort demolition waste on site into four streams: wood, drywall, metal and mixed. We deliver them to municipal recycling centers or private recycling stations (e.g. L&T, Remeo). Copies of the receiving receipts are available on request.
Is housing company permission needed for interior demolition?
Yes, as a rule — in apartment buildings a written renovation notice to the property manager is always required when fixed structures are demolished, even if they're the shareholder's responsibility. We gladly help prepare the notice. Board approval is additionally needed if the work affects the frame, plumbing or load-bearing walls.
